+When you have a weak or unstable internet connection, it can cause the app to load slowly, especially on mobile devices. If a specific version significantly impacts performance, such as CPU you could navigate to the "High CPU usage" diagnostics dashboard and look for the Outlook binary. Some of these data-gathering remote actions are used to populate the live dashboard and should already be scheduled.
