I have been using the New Outlook app for a few months now, no issues. I am able to open the older Outlook app, but [Outlook repair support team](https://sites.google.com/view/fixoutlookstuckonloadingprofil) cannot access the new app. I have restarted my laptop multiple times and tried to Uninstall the New Outlook but to no avail. So, there are several factors that cause the Outlook web access issue.
