There are three steps you can take to try to get Outlook working again. When you are unable to log into the add-in, or the add-in does not load correctly, uninstall then reinstall the add-in. We have multiple tools to help you automatically diagnose an issue, troubleshoot, and fix problems with Outlook. If you are having problems with Outlook, there are a few things we can help with to get you back to sending and receiving your email.

A corrupted new profile or Outlook profile can lead to delays, crashing, ways to fix Outlook data file errors or the Outlook not responding error. If creating a new profile solves your issue, you can return to the Show Profiles dialog and delete your old profile. Your profile stores a variety of settings that control how Outlook looks and feels. You can create a new profile and then add your email accounts to the new profile.

Follow the steps below to disable Outlook’s compatibility mode. You may face issues in loading Outlook Profile if you lack Administrative privileges.
